Cryogenic & Vacuum Systems
The liquid nitrogen (LN2) doser reduces the amount of dissolved oxygen in the top space to suppress the growth of harmful bacteria and increases the top load to prevent the explosion. Using the internal pressure of the container, it can also reduce the thickness of a container. The doser as a liquid nitrogen dosing machine, was developed for the first time in Korea in 2010 and patented; it has since been recognized for its performance by being supplied to numerous domestic companies, at which the doser, a liquid nnitrogen injection, is still used.
A liquid nitrogen (LN2) doser reduced in size that can inject liquid nitrogen into homemade beverages such as homemade canned coffee or canned beer.
The world's first mini LN2 doser, independently developed by CVS, a Korean LN2 system provider, has been proven for its performance by being supplied to numerous Korea companies, at which the doser is still used.
Phase Separator & Storage Tank
(2-Tank Structure)
Two storage spaces are formed in the vertical structure of the vacuum insulated double pressure vessel.
The upper section of the phase separator releases cooled-down gaseous nitrogen generated during the supply of liquid nitrogen to the vacuum pipe while the lower section stores the gas-liquid separated pure liquid nitrogen.
The liquid nitrogen phase separator is installed only for vacuum pipes with a length of 20 m or longer. It can solve the cool down delay in liquid nitrogen supply.

Aluminum Extrusion Mold Liquid Nitrogen Cooling System
The extrusion mold liquid nitrogen cooler is an innovative system as a LN2 cooling system that dramatically improves extrusion speed and product quality by cooling the friction surface of the mold automatically using liquid nitrogen during the extrusion process.
This piece of equipment is a product that has been developed and patented for the first time in Korea. It has been proven for its performance by being supplied to numerous domestic companies, at which they are still used.
