Using liquid nitrogen, the aluminum extrusion mold LN2 cooling system cools the frictional heat given off from the extrusion molds bearing surface in order to increase the extrusion speed to the set temperature by more than two-fold.
This system lowers the rate of failure and improves the quality of extruded products dramatically by maintaining a constant extrusion temperature.
It is easy to control the extrusion temperature and use the system while minimizing LN2 consumptions. (1 l/m)
